EU Data Roaming extra is not available to customers who connected to Talk Time Solo, Platinum Plus before 7th January 2013.
For existing customers, you will need to have at least 5 months on your contract to be able to add this bolt on.
The EU Roaming Extras cannot be applied to a Connection to which BT Talk Time Solo - Platinum Plus, connected before 7th January 2013, EU Traveller Extra or BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS), BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or BlackBerry Enterprise Express (BESx) has been applied.

Inclusive minutes are per connection and cannot be shared. They apply to UK fixed lines, starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), other UK mobile users in the UK, and voicemail. Once you have used all of your inclusive minutes, calls are then charged at standard BT Mobile rates.
Inclusive UK texts apply to any UK mobile and exclude texts outside of the UK, MMS and premium rate numbers.
Data allowance is per connection and cannot be shared. Applies to data received in UK. Usage in excess of contract charged at £2 per MB. All data services on a BlackBerry 10 device will come out of the customers allocated data allowance including BlackBerry Messenger
Free calls to company phones are between BT Mobile and BT landlines on the same customer contract with One Plan Plus and Business Complete.
Unlimited wi-fi minutes available with BT Wi-fi, BT FON and BT Openzone across the UK or FON access points outside of the UK with all Android customer contracts only.
The UK Landline Voice Extra is available on new Contracts under which a 24 month Minimum Term applies to the Connections. The Minimum Term applicable to the UK Landline Voice Extra is 24 months. Calls in excess of the inclusive allowance for the UK Landline Voice Extra (3000mins) will be charged in at the standard applicable rate.
UK Landline Voice Extra - applies to voice calls made within the UK using the SIM Card provided with the Service to any UK fixed line numbers commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement the Inclusive Minutes Allowance.
+ Please Note: If you are not an existing BT Business One Plan or Business Complete customer, you will need to port across your existing mobile phone number in order to qualify for a Platinum and Platinum Plus tariff.
