To take a payment:

Open the BT Tap to Pay app on your phone and pop in the amount you want to charge
Hold the back of your phone out to your customer – they then hold their digital wallet or card to the back of your phone
When you see the ‘done’ tick, the card read is complete and the transaction is being processed
We’ll manage the funds and chase customers for payments, ensuring you’re paid quickly and securely. You’ll receive payment within two working days
