Terms and conditions for Global Business: service schedules
Below you will find the service schedules that contain the service specific terms for our global business products and services. These service schedules are governed by our general terms whose terms are set out here.
Legacy versions of these service schedules are set out further down this page here.
The global version of the service schedule will apply to your order unless a local country version is listed in the table.
Service Management
Unless a service schedule or your order form states otherwise, we will manage your products and services in accordance with one of the following three service management options:
Service Management Schedule – STANDARD found here.
Service Management Schedule – ESSENTIAL found here.
The applicable Service Management Schedule will be set out in your order form.
Please note: PLUS is our enhanced Service Management Schedule with various additional (payable) options; and will only apply if explicitly stated in your order form.
ESSENTIAL and STANDARD are our basic Service Management Schedules; whereby ESSENTIAL applies to Global Fabric, Connected Cloud Edge and Connect Cisco-SDWAN.
