- Line rental (including PSTN & ISDN)

Lot 2: Internet Protocol (IP) Telephony
Lot 2 covers phone services that can be provided over the internet, including but not limited to:
- Voice over IP (VoIP)
- SIP trunks
- Point to point circuits
- Telephony as a service
- IP telephony through hosted or cloud based solutions
- Contact centre solutions
- Messaging service
- Unified communications for a consistent interface and experience across multiple devices and media
- Intelligent voice response (IVR) solutions
- Automated call distribution solutions
Lot 3: Enterprise Bundled Services
The simple way to arrange all your public sector telephony services through a single procurement. Lot 3 includes all the services available in lots 1 and 2, plus mobile voice and data services, and a wide range of other telephony services.
