Whether you’re a single user business, SME or corporate, add on call recording services on analogue, ISDN2, ISDN 30 and SIP lines. Choose from a range of options including on-demand, all-call recording, selected extensions and mobiles.
With Unified Communicator, you’ll get a screen pop showing all your caller’s details before you answer. It connects your agents’ desktops to the phone system and your database for company-wide visibility and call control.
Secure access control
Access control options from a simple, single button, intercom-based solution. You can access control systems that are connected to either analogue or SIP extensions, and link to BT-installed lock mechanisms, allowing people to control the lock from their handset. We also offer options for internal cameras that display images of visitors on your PC screen for even more security.
Audio visual ringing options
Add extra measures to ensure no call goes unmissed, even in noisy areas where it’s hard to hear the phone ringing. You can add loud rings and flashing lights, as well as paging units so you can make announcements directly from your phone handset, and an interface to connect your existing PA systems to your new BT IP phone system.

Do I have to pay for the system in one go?
No, you can spread your payments out with finance leasing to give you the technology you need, when you need it.
Can I take my number with me if I move?
You can with BT SIP Trunk, as this type of number is on the IP network rather than sitting in the local telephone exchange.
Can I use the system when I’m out of the office or working from home?
Our Remote Worker options ensure your team can stay productive, even when they’re on the go or working from home. You can also use mobile ‘twinning’ so you never miss a call, with incoming calls simultaneously ringing on your desk phone and mobile.
Can BT maintain my phone system?
We maintain the majority of our customers’ phone systems, and all of our new systems include Proactive Remote Monitoring as standard. We’ve got a range of cost-effective maintenance options designed to suit your needs and budget, and we can even maintain your non-BT phone systems.
Can I add extras like voice recording?
We have several phone system add-ons, designed to improve customer service, protect your staff and premises, and increase productivity. Our options include: additional handsets, on-hold music and messaging, voice recording, secure door access solutions, Unified Communicator, and audio visual solutions.
Can my phone system grow with me as my business expands?
We design our phone systems to allow you to grow as a business without worrying about system capacity. They’re built with your growth in mind, with the ability to add additional lines and extensions as well as extra functionality like voice recording.
Will I be able to make SIP calls on my phone system?
BT phone systems like Avaya IP Office and Mitel MiVoice are compatible with BT Cloud Voice SIP. But if you have another phone system, you can still take BT Cloud Voice SIP by using our BT SIP Trunk Gateway.
