BT One Phone Professional
The mobile that’s packed with powerful business features
Never miss a call. Get more out of your employees. Stay in control.
Advanced mobiles for the business with 10+ employees.
With hunt groups, presence-based call routing, and flexible CLI, BT One Phone Professional makes sure that you’re always there for your customers.
Help your employees stay productive. Call transfer, company directory, and presence give them the same experience they get in the office even when they’re out on the road.
Controlling costs and knowing how employees use their mobiles is vital so, from February 2017, you can now set spending caps, alerts, and thresholds for voice, text, or data in the BT One Phone portal.
Included as standard
Hunt groups, presence-based call routing, and flexible CLI make you quicker off the mark and gives your customers the quick response they’re demanding (and that if they don’t get, they’ll hang up and call the competition instead).
Send incoming calls to a group of people – ideal for sales and customer service teams.
Presence-based call routing
Control where inbound calls go – and when – so your customers don’t get left unanswered.
Flexible CLI (Caller Line Identity)
Show your company landline number when calling from your mobile, enhancing your company image and making it more likely that a customer will answer your call.
Employees expect to work flexibly, able to communicate effortlessly wherever they are with the same experience as in the office. Call transfer, company directory and presence, and the mobile app allow them to do just that.
Make it easy to pass calls quickly and seamlessly between colleagues.
Company directory and presence
An active directory, using presence, means you can see who is available before you call.
It’s the easy way to access the company directory and manage your presence status wherever you are.
The BT One Phone Professional self-serve portal puts you in control, so you can keep an eye on how your employees are using their mobiles and keep a lid on costs.
