Is any training on how to use BT One Phone included?
Yes, we’ll use live web-based training to show your administrators how to set up and manage your BT One Phone solution. Other users will have access to BT One Phone’s online self-study, which is a great way for them to learn about getting the most out of BT One Phone.
Can I use BT One Phone Professional on any device?
Yes. BT One Phone Professional will work with any mobile device, including your current devices.
But for the best experience, we recommend buying from our wide range of recommended handsets, so we can make sure that the device settings are optimised for BT One Phone.
How much does it cost to set up and run?
Not as much as you might think for a premium product. As every company is different, it’s best to give us a call in so we can help find the solution and payment plan that works for you.
Can our employees keep their existing phone numbers?
Yes. You can port your existing mobile numbers and single PSTN (landline) numbers across to BT One Phone Professional.
Things you need to know
Using your BT One Phone abroad
There are no extra charges when you use your UK allowances in the EU. You can also choose our Business Zone and World Zone options to take your business further.
Travelling in the EU
You can use your BT One Phone in the EU as you would back home. Just stick to your UK limits for voice, text and data and you won’t pay a penny extra. What’s more, when you get a call or a text, you won’t get a charge.
Travelling outside the EU
BT One Phone has two roaming options that let you use your UK allowances for voice, text and data abroad. You can add yours using the BT One Phone portal.
- Business Zone – the nine most popular business destinations: Australia, Canada, China, India, Israel, New Zealand, Turkey, USA and US Virgin Islands.
