What happens to my BT business broadband contract if I buy business mobile from EE?

There’ll be no changes to your existing BT Business account. As a new EE business mobile customer, you’ll get a new EE account. This is separate from your BT Business account, and you’ll receive a separate contract and bill.

Once you’ve placed your EE business mobile order, call the EE team on 0800 956 3126 to discuss its progress or update anything on your EE account. 

Can I still buy BT Mobile?

BT Mobile is no longer available for new customers to buy. However, you can call us to discuss our available EE offers on 0800 956 3126.
