As of 1st June 2020, BT will own all BT Broadband Smart Hubs, our 4G assure and Cloud Voice Express phones sent out to customers after this date. Not applicable for Hubs or Cloud Voice Express phones purchased outright.
When you replace hubs, 4G assure or Cloud Voice Express phones, or leave BT, please return those items to us. If the equipment provided is not returned, you may be liable for a non return fee. Details of the non return fee can be found on the Tariff Guide.
You have a total of 60 days to return your equipment which includes the time taken for us to send out a return bag.

This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that offer Direct Debit. If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit we will tell you in advance (normally 10 working days) of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you ask us to collect a payment, we will confirm the amount and date with you at the time of your request.
If either BT or your bank, or building society, makes an error in the payment of your Direct Debit, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. Also, if you receive a refund that you're not entitled to, you must pay it back to us when we ask you to.
You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. You may need to do this in writing. Please also notify us if you do decide to cancel.
