Overview
Your Webex service will be upgraded to the Latest release 44.6 according to the Cisco Webex maintenance schedule.
Summary of the upcoming release is below.
For users
Webinar experience
- Rearrange and delete custom questions in registration form. As a Webinar host, you can now rearrange or delete custom registration questions or do both after they have been saved in the My Questions section of the registration form.
- Attendee reminder emails to include registration ID. Reminder emails sent to attendees before a webinar begins now include their Registration ID so that the attendees can easily join the webinar.
User Hub
- Unified scheduler on site portal and User Hub Schedule meetings with options tailored to your needs. Schedule to meet quickly, or set up a series of meetings with advanced options for your team. For additional details, please see the help article: Schedule a meeting from User Hub.
Control Hub
- VoIP enhancement in Control Hub. The VoIP feature is being changed to be more user-centric. In the future, if the host is blocked from using VoIP, it won't affect the attendees. As long as attendees are individually allowed to use VoIP based on their organisational policies, they can freely access VoIP features during the meeting. This means that hosts restricted from using VoIP can now conduct meetings without worrying that their restrictions will limit the communication options available to their attendees.
