Meetings app that combines HD video and audio letting you connect across web, desktop, mobile or video system in a virtual meeting. Features include screen sharing, meeting recording, transcription and AI-powered meeting assistance.
Quick start guide
There are multiple ways you can schedule or conduct Webex Meetings in the app. This can be within a space, using the Meetings calendar, or start an instant Personal room meeting.
Start an instant Personal room meeting
- Open Meetings in Webex app.
- Select Start a personal meeting.
- Select Start meeting.
Start an instant meeting from a space
- From your space, choose Meet.
Join a scheduled meeting
- To join a scheduled meeting select the Join icon next to the meeting in the calendar.
Place a call from a direct message
- Select the Call option from the top right to place your call.
Join a meeting using the meeting number
- To join a meeting using the meeting number, select Join a meeting.
- Enter the meeting number or search for the person’s Personal room.
