Voicemail
You can manage your voicemail settings, such as greetings, transcription, storage, and notification from the user hub.
Reset your voicemail PIN
The first time you check your voicemail in Webex App, you're prompted for a PIN. If your administrator hasn't provided you with a PIN, you can use the steps presented here to help you create a PIN or change your PIN if you forget it at any time.
Update audio announcement and email communication language
You can change the language for your audio announcements, voice prompts, IP phone display, and email communication.
Add someone to your contact list
Easily connect with the people you contact frequently. You can add contacts in the user portal with and without a speed dial code.
Call settings
Depending on what services you have, the options in the User Hub varies. A Webex Calling user can sign in to User Hub and access various calling related services.
