Your broadband service is subject to terms and conditions found under the BT Bundles heading on the BT Business Terms and Conditions page under the Broadband and Internet dropdown.
You will be subject to a minimum contract term and at the end of this minimum contract term you will pay the full monthly bundle price – see Section 59, Part 11 of the BT Price list. Standard prices apply from month 25.
1. BT Broadband Business Sale (“Offer”) will be available to new customers only who fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in Paragraphs 3 and 4 below
2. In addition to these terms, the following additional terms apply to the products eligible for this Offer:

4. The following customers are not eligible for this Offer:
a) customers who are transferring from a BT residential contract to a BT business contract; and
b) customers that have Fibre to the Premises.

7. The discounts set out in the above table are applicable to the corresponding products only. Any further products purchased will have the cost applied as set out in the BT Price List.
8. At the end of the Minimum Period of Service the Offer Price will revert to the standard Monthly Bundle Price set out in the table above and in Section 59, Part 11 of the BT Price List.
9. This Offer cannot be used together with any other BT offer, unless specifically stated by BT in writing.
10. BT may withdraw or amend this Offer at any time without notice.
11. Hybrid Backup and Always Connected Guarantee - 89% UK availability. 4G coverage required. 4G connection takes 95-127 seconds on average. If your Hybrid Backup service fails to activate within 30 minutes of you reporting a fixed line fault to us, leaving you without a broadband connection, you may be eligible to receive £60 compensation. To be eligible for compensation you must report a fixed line failure in the correct manner. You’re restricted to one compensation claim during your contract term. Compensation will be paid once the fixed line fault is resolved.
