1. BT Broadband Business Sale (“Offer”) will be available to new customers only who fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in Paragraphs 3 and 4 below

Terms and Conditions that apply

2. In addition to these terms, the following additional terms apply to the products eligible for this Offer:

a) terms for BT Business Broadband, which can be found on the BT Business Terms and Conditions page under the Broadband and internet category;

b) terms for BT Business Services – Telephone Services, which can be found on the BT Business Terms and Conditions page under the Calls and/or lines packages category; and

c) terms and pricing for BT Broadband Bundles contained in Section 59, Part 10 of the BT Price List.

Eligibility

3. Subject to Paragraph 4 below, the Offer will be available at BT’s discretion to new BT Business customers who sign up to one of the following BT Broadband Bundles:

4. The following customers are not eligible for this Offer:

a) customers who are transferring from a BT residential contract to a BT business contract; and

b) customers that have Fibre to the Premises.

Additional Offer Conditions

5. The standard Monthly Bundle Price for the bundles set out in the table below (excluding VAT) for the Minimum Period of Service of 24 months by the amounts set out in the table. Please note other charges may apply as set out in Paragraph 6.

6. Other charges for the products set out in the above table, including connection charges, postage and packaging and line installation (where applicable), will be as set out in Section 59, Part 10 of the BT Price List.

7. The discounts set out in the above table are applicable to the corresponding products only. Any further products purchased will have the cost applied as set out in the BT Price List.

8. At the end of the Minimum Period of Service the Offer Price will revert to the standard Monthly Bundle Price set out in the table above and in Section 59, Part 10 of the BT Price List.

9. This Offer cannot be used together with any other BT offer, unless specifically stated by BT in writing.

10. BT may withdraw or amend this Offer at any time without notice.

11. Hybrid Backup and Always Connected Guarantee - 89% UK availability. 4G coverage required. 4G connection takes 95-127 seconds on average. If your Hybrid Backup service fails to activate within 30 minutes of you reporting a fixed line fault to us, leaving you without a broadband connection, you may be eligible to receive £60 compensation. To be eligible for compensation you must report a fixed line failure in the correct manner. You’re restricted to one compensation claim during your contract term. Compensation will be paid once the fixed line fault is resolved.
