These business terms and conditions apply to customers where indicated in the relevant order document or confirmation.

Your Order will state which General Terms will apply.

 

These will either be General Terms BTL100 or MSA General Terms BTL200.

British Telecommunications plc re-registered as British Telecommunications Limited on 24 June 2026. All references to "British Telecommunications plc" or ‘BT plc” in your contract and related documents should be read as references to "British Telecommunications Limited" or “BT Limited”. The legal entity remains the same with the same company number (01800000).
