Jorrit Jorritsma uses broadband to connect with his customers around the world from his base in the Lake District. He founded the company in 2009, after spotting a gap in the market for highly functional bags that could be passed down through generations.

Millican sells rucksacks, shoulder bags, overnight bags, commuting products, and travel accessories. But for Jorrit, the business is more than just shifting product.
