A high-availability calling infrastructure

We pair regional infrastructure between Cisco and us, with high-availability Session Border Controllers (SBCs), enabling service in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. This allows us to connect Webex Calling to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and transport your voice worldwide, regardless of whether you’re using the Webex App or a Webex-compatible fixed IP phone. The Control Hub also gives you actionable insights into the performance of your solution.
