Enhanced IT Support is like having your own remote IT department. You'll get corporate-quality IT support without having to employ, train, house, equip, and pay for a team.
It's for any business that doesn't have its own IT team. You don’t even need to have broadband from BT, as long as it’s with a UK internet service provider.
Enhanced IT Support Server is round-the-clock remote support for your server and network. If you need support for your computers and devices as well as your server, you’ll need both services.
Call our helpdesk with queries whenever you need us, 24/7. And as long as you have an active broadband connection, an IT specialist will take control of your device to see and diagnose the problem.

Whenever you need some help, we'll give you advice on how to get the best from most of the latest Microsoft Office software, email, and wi-fi.
Because we do things remotely by taking control of your computer or device (with your consent), our IT support experts can often fix networking or set-up issues within a few minutes of you calling for help.
