Do I need an interconnection with BT?
Yes, you do. You can choose between internet or MPLS interconnection.
What is the minimum number of SIP channels I can order?
Minimum of 10 channels
Do I need to get a license to resell in different countries?
You will need a license or registration to resell the product in the required country. With exceptions for the UK and Denmark, where you don't need a license.
Do I need to manage the voice obligations, or can BT provide support on my behalf?
No, BT will provide voice obligations on your behalf including emergency services, legal interception and data retention, number port in and port out and number reporting for the national regulatory authority.
How can I submit numbering requests to BT for my customers?
You can use BT API or BT Portal dedicated to our Indirect Partners.
Will my customers be able to request the numbering independently?
Yes, your customers can submit their requests through your Marketplace, connected via the BT API specifically built for it.
Can I ask for number porting for my end customers?
Yes, it's possible. You can place an order through API or Indirect Portal after setting up the SIP trunk.
What type of numbers can I order for my customer?
Yes, you can order geographic and non-geographic numbers for your customers.
Is the API used for Global Voice for CPaaS service a standard one?
Yes, the API is a TMF standard one.
How will my customers get billed?
