Direct Routing provides you with the flexibility to integrate your existing telephony solution with Microsoft Teams. It also allows for integrating various other critical functions like SBC (session border control) and call centre technology.

Can I have a mix of ported and new numbers at the same site?
Yes, we generally allocate new numbers first and then port old numbers across. Porting timelines vary depending on the carrier or platform you are moving away from.
