Do I need the Teams Phone Mobile app or a smartphone?
Teams Phone Mobile can be used on non-smartphones and without the app, so you can still benefit from the core functionality. Naturally, the experience will be better if you’re using the Teams app on a smartphone.
Can Teams Phone Mobile replace my fixed line?
If you find it difficult to get fixed line access due to your location or distance to an exchange, Teams Phone Mobile could be the solution. Provided you have good EE coverage, your desk-based Teams users could use Teams Phone Mobile as a primary connection. In-building coverage boosters are also available if needed.
