Getting set up is quick and easy. As soon as you’ve purchased Complete Cloud Secure, you can have the solution active within minutes.
Once you’ve placed your order for Complete Cloud Secure, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and a link to set up your account on the portal.
Once your account is activated, the solution will be up and running and your business will be protected from potential threats.
If your business grows or you need more advanced security, upgrading your package is simple. Just go to the BT Business App page and select the ‘Upgrade’ option under Complete Cloud Secure.

Just head to the BT Business App Page and find our marketplace. Under Complete Cloud Secure, choose ‘Editions & Pricing’, then locate your current tier. Select ‘Your Current Plan’ and you’ll see the number of users who can already use the service. Increase this to however many users you need and choose ‘Confirm’ to place the order.
As a cloud-based security solution, operating system compatibility is not usually an issue. You will need a desktop agent to enable the Web Security feature and there are a range of supported operating systems for this.
For an up-to-date list of which operating systems are supported, please go to ‘Documentation’ in the left-hand pane of the portal, click ‘Deploying Web Security’ and then go to ‘Agents & Gateways’.
Complete Cloud Secure has pre-defined security rules and policies designed to protect your business against the most common types of threats.
You can also tailor these rules and policies to meet your business specific needs. There are several how-to articles in the ‘Documentation’ section in the left-hand side of the portal.
