Once completed the returns team will aim to respond via email within 16 working hours. They'll provide a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) reference number, and ask for any additional details that might be required to progress with the request.
If you want to return items that have been incorrectly ordered or through no fault of the supplier, it can be returned within 14 days subject to a re-stocking fee. The product must be:
• Unopened
• Undamaged
• Complete in all aspects
Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
Warranty replacements
We’ll replace faulty products in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
Transport costs and other charges
Faulty products will be arranged for collection with you, following the issue of an RMA.
For goods returned for credit that aren’t faulty, or if incorrect items are returned, we will arrange to return these back to you and a no fault found fee of up to £100 (excl VAT) for time and transport will be charged.
Incorrectly ordered items returning for credit will need to be returned at the cost of the customer.
