Things you need to know

BT is working with its partner (Censornet) to give you access to Security Awareness Training for a free trial period beginning 1st of November 2024 until 28th of February 2025. The training consists of pre-determined security awareness learning journeys with 3 courses and 3 quizzes to help educate employees on the fundamentals of cyber security, phishing and good password hygiene (“Training”).

You must register by 5pm GMT on the 30th of November 2024 if you would like to take advantage of this offer. After this time, if you have not already registered, the offer will be removed, and you will no longer be able to take part.

By registering for the Training you agree to comply with the terms set out in the Censornet Master Services Agreement, a copy of which can be found here. Censornet will present a copy of its MSA for your acceptance when you first log into the portal to access the Training.

Your registration email will come from a clouduss.com email domain and will be sent to the individual who registers for the Training. This individual will become the administrator of the Training (“Administrator”) and will receive the registration email by the 30th of November 2024 if you are eligible to take part in the Training.

The Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring that your organisation’s email filters recognise the clouduss.com domain. Neither BT nor Censornet will be held responsible if the registration email is not received by your organisation. If you do not receive the registration email, the Administrator can reach out to provisioning@censornet.com to request confirmation of registration.

Your registration email will be valid for 48 hours from the date and time the Administrator receives it after which time it will lapse, and the Administrator will need to email provisioning@censornet.com to request re-activation.

Following successful registration, the Training will become available and access will cease at 5pm GMT on the 28th of February 2025 (“Training Period”) when the service will be decommissioned automatically, and the Training will not roll over into a paid contract.

The Administrator may contact Censornet at provisioning@censornet.com during the Training Period if you need any help or if you wish to cancel the Training before the 28th of February 2025.

The Administrator will be responsible for enrolling up to a maximum of 250 employee users from your organisation onto the Training.

There is no charge for the Training, and it will be delivered on a best endeavours basis. Neither BT nor Censornet will be held responsible during the Training Period for any service outages and no service level agreements will be applicable.

You and your users will need an active internet connection to access the Training portal and an individual email address to track progress against the Training activities.
