Colin and Janette Wall set up Inter-County Communications Ltd in 2003 after 40 years combined experience working for BT.

‘I’ve worked in sales for 20 years and it never ceases to amaze me, the changes of technology within the market place. That’s why we make it our priority to keep up to date with the latest technology and with BT’s ever evolving portfolio’.

An avid golfer, Colin knows the importance of reaching your goals without having to beat around the bush, especially when it comes to telecoms. That’s why he, Janette and their team are proud to offer complete solutions that cover all aspects of telephony and networking in one swing - if only it was as easy on the golf course!

Their Wolverhampton-based team, operating from a modern office just off the M54, comprises specialists in data connectivity, phone systems, hosted solutions, business mobility, and the Education sector.

Originally managing BT accounts in the Stoke-to-Shrewsbury area, including Telford, Inter-County Communications recently expanded to support local businesses in the Chesterfield area. Shrewsbury: Helicopter services

FB Heliservices needed to improve the way they handled calls at their head office so they contacted us. As well as being able to deal with calls quickly and efficiently, they wanted to make sure the system was future-proofed so it could cope with rapid expansion and that it was flexible enough to facilitate remote working.

We put together a Mitel phone system solution that involved a BTnet Leased Line and BT Trunk SIP for resilience and cost-effectiveness.

Shrewsbury: Housing supplier

Two housing suppliers, Severnside Housing and Shropshire Housing, needed to consolidate multiple services and create a unified platform to support both of their business needs.

We supplied MPLS data connectivity, a Managed WAN (Wide Area Network), and an IP phone system solution that successfully brought multiple services together into a manageable account structure. They now have a solid unified communications platform.
