About us

Back in 2003 Ridgeway Communications Services Ltd was the very first BT Local Business. Since then, they’ve moved to Furzton Lake with a purpose-built office that includes a demo suite for customer meetings.

Partners Barry and Jackie Mowbray bring plenty of experience to the business. Barry has worked in the telecoms game for over 30 years; Jackie was a Corporate Account Manager in BT for 7 years, and then spent 10 years running her own marketing business.

Communications is an exciting, challenging, and fast-moving business, says Barry.

‘Every customer can benefit from an IT review that’ll give them a competitive edge in their marketplace’.

Ridgeway supply a full range of business IT and communications products and services, including SIP-based telephony solutions, which share the cost of a high-speed circuit across both voice and data.

‘Customers come in all shapes and sizes’, says Barry. ‘Single line businesses, multi-sited businesses,     schools, call centres, and so on. Whatever size or sector, we’re dedicated to helping our customers become more competitive’.

Although Ridgeway are located in Milton Keynes, they help customers across a wide area: Northampton, Towcester, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Bedford, Tring, Berkhamsted, Luton, Dunstable, St Albans, and all points in between.

‘Milton Keynes is the UK’s capital for SMEs and budding entrepreneurs’, Barry reckons. ‘It has a ‘can do’ attitude. And we try to emulate that!’.
