Due to the continued growth of Webex services, from Friday, May 5, 2023 a new IP prefix will be advertised for Cisco Webex Media Services traffic.

If you are utilizing one of the following solutions:

• an internet firewall
• internet proxy and firewall
• control the traffic to the network.

You need to add the following IP Prefix to your firewall policies:

• 163.129.0.0/16
• 144.196.0.0/16

This action must be completed no later than Friday, May 5, 2023.

If these prefixes aren’t added, connectivity issues may occur when joining your Webex meetings.
