New or amended terms which we have notified in advance to the Office of Communications ("Ofcom") but which have not yet come into effect. BT is obliged to notify such changes to Ofcom under the terms of the Communications Act 2003. Customers should note that advance notification to Ofcom for changes to terms covers BT's main network services. Advanced notification to Ofcom is not required for many of BT's products and services.
