If it’s not yet available in your area, fill in the form below and we’ll let you know when it’s coming. We won’t use these details for anything other than contacting you about Ultrafast Fibre Broadband.
*We've signed up to Ofcom's Voluntary Business Broadband Speeds Code of Practice - this means that any BT Business Broadband, BT Business Infinity or BT Business Ultrafast customer who bought their product after 30 September 2016 has a guaranteed minimum download speed (the Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed).
We define the minimum guaranteed download speed as the slowest speed experienced by 10% of customers who have a similar BT Service. So, if your speed based on the results from the speed tester, does not reach this minimum, and we're unable to improve your speed within a reasonable period of time, you can cancel your service without having to pay any penalties.
