This is the main function of a lot, such as wide area connectivity to enable a point-to-point internet connection between sites. You can purchase these lots if you need support in a particular service area. They may also be procured as part of the delivery of a primary service in another lot when used exclusively to enable the delivery of the primary service in the second lot.

Wide area network (WAN) connectivity for the provision of a managed or unmanaged point-to-point or point-to-internet/cloud data only connection.
Lot 2: intra-site connectivity
Lot 2a: intra-site connectivity (LAN)
Local area network (LAN) connectivity for the provision of services at a single site, multiple sites in the same locale, campus sites and metropolitan area sites.
Lot 3: emerging technologies
Lot 3a: IoT and Smart Cities (smart shared and connected spaces)
Provision of solutions related to the delivery of Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Cities (smart shared and connected spaces).
Lot 4: Unified Communications (UC)
Lot 4a: Analogue telephony
Provision of digital communications services including IP Telephony, unified communications and collaborative software applications including audio & video conferencing and business enablement application software provided as on-premises, cloud-based or hybrid solutions.
Lot 4b: Digital Communication Services (UC)
Provision of digital communications services including IP Telephony, unified communications and collaborative software applications including audio & video conferencing and business enablement application software provided as on-premises, cloud-based or hybrid solutions.
Lot 4c: Contact centre services
Provision of inbound and/or outbound contact centre management including automation and queuing and route the contact to a predefined destination both within the buyer’s technical domain and/or external to the buyer’s technical domain.
Lot 4d: Inbound telephony services
Provision of geographic or non-geographic inbound call delivery and the ability to complete calls to a dedicated telephone number answered by multiple agents.
