We’re currently having an issue detecting a small number of our BT Business hubs. This means you may be told to upgrade your hub when you don’t need to.
We’re working to get this fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, please see the following instructions to help you find the service you need.
Find out which type of hub you have.
BT Business Hub 5 or BT Business Smart Hub
If you have a BT Business Hub 5 or a BT Business Smart hub and can’t see your broadband or 4G Assure connection status, or manage your BT or Guest Wi-Fi, don’t worry – you don’t need to upgrade your hub to access these services.

- Order 4G Assure if you don’t already have it
BT Wi-Fi

Guest Wi-Fi
BT Business Hub 3
If you have a BT Business Hub 3 and can’t see your broadband service status or manage your BT Wi-Fi, don’t worry, you don’t need to upgrade your hub to access these services.
If you want to access 4G Assure and Guest Wi-Fi, you’ll need to upgrade your hub to the latest BT Business Smart Hub. Contact us to find out more about upgrading.

BT Business Hub 2/BT Home Hub/non-BT router
