How to return equipment to us

  1. If you want to return any equipment to us, you first need to complete the equipment return form below.
  2. Once you’ve completed the form, we’ll give you a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) reference number. This is only valid for 10 days.
  3. If you’re returning products for credit, please make sure that the products and original packaging are in mint condition.
  4. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.

Warranty replacements

We will replace faulty products in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Transport costs and other charges

  • We’ll collect the faulty products from you (you need your RMA number first).
  • We may, if appropriate, charge a ‘no fault found’ fee of up to £100 (exc VAT) to cover time and transport costs.
  • We will charge a ‘restocking’ fee of up to 25% of the invoice value of good returned for credit that are not faulty.
