The BT Local Business network is made up of independently owned businesses working in partnership with us.

Each BT Local Business gets sole use of our customer base for their local area, and full access to our industry-leading products and services.

To get the ball rolling, email our recruitment team to register your interest.

From there we’ll get in touch to arrange a one-hour interview where we can get to know you better and see if we’re a good match.

You’ll submit a business plan to us and once we’ve reviewed it, you’ll be asked to present your plan to our interview board.

We’ll talk you through the opportunities in your area and agree on a patch for you. All being well, you’ll be given your operating licence and you’ll be in business!

Castle Grove Care Home

Castle Grove is a 'hotel with nurses', offering 24-hour nursing and respite care. To give residents and staff the best possible experience, they needed tailored support and a connection they could count on. Thanks to our network of BT Local Businesses, we were able to visit them in Devon, understand their challenges and give them the best possible solution. Now their nurses are better equipped to carry out patient safety checks and residents are connected to their loved ones whenever and wherever they choose.

Dartmoor Zoological Society

With 50 full-time staff caring for more than 80 animal species and 90,000 annual visitors, Dartmoor Zoo needed updated technology to communicate across its 33-acre site.
