Following 7 years working at BT, Graham Wilson set up Switched On Communications Ltd in 2004. He wanted to provide business solutions for customers needing both voice and data technologies.

Graham’s was the first BT Local Business in London, originally just covering east London. The business proved so successful that it took over north London in 2007, and now enjoys a total reach of over 24,000 customers.

‘We specialise in all aspects of communications: data connections, phone systems, cloud-based solutions, mobile, broadband, and calls packages’, says Graham. ‘We service the SME and education sectors, offering solutions that enable businesses to work more effectively’.

Switched On Communications has recently moved to a large business park in Enfield after 11 years working out of Romford.

‘We’ve got good links to the M25, A10, A406, M11, and A12 so we can get to customers easily for face-to-face meetings. Speed of response is crucial to our business’ said Graham.
