Always Fast Guarantee
Before your service starts, we will provide you with the Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed and an estimate of the upload and download speeds you may expect. If after 10 days from the start of your service your speed is regularly at or below this speed, you can contact us and we’ll will try to fix it. If we’re unable to, within 30 days, you may be able to terminate your service without paying any charges (other than for service already received), but you must return any BT Hub. Our Business Smart Hub has been tested against the following major broadband providers: Virgin Media, TalkTalk, Vodafone, XLN & Zen. Test results are based on the current competitor hub offering at the time of testing in June 2017.

Fast fixes on faults
Prompt Care: We aim to fix faults reported before 21.00 Monday-Saturday or any time on Sundays or on public holidays by 23.59 on the next weekday (or Saturday). This is covered by the broadband Customer Service Compensation Scheme. Claims must be made within 90 days of the fault being repaired. For successful claims, a credit for £25 will be applied to the future rental on the broadband line that experienced the fault. Exclusions apply.
