Make Bank Holiday changes to Cloud Voice
If you’re closing over a bank holiday, you’ll likely want to make some quick changes to some of your Cloud Voice service features.
Call Forwarding
Use the Call Forwarding Selective feature to set this up and link to Holiday or Time schedules you have set up.
Just so you know Call Centres and Hunt Groups need to be upgraded to Call Centre Plus or Hunt Group Plus to use this.
Call Forwarding can be done through your Hunt Group, Call Centre, or Auto Attendant.

Time Schedules
If you’re closing your business earlier in the day than usual, create a Time Schedule to make sure your customers get a recorded message from the time your business closes.
This will run alongside a Holiday Schedule and covers any full days your business is closed.
Just so that you know, Time schedules are only available on Auto Attendant, Call Centre Plus, or Hunt Group Plus. Contact us to upgrade if you'd like this feature.

Holiday Schedule - Auto Attendant
You can use the Holiday Schedule feature if your business needs to close for any reason.
If you're an administrator, you can set up a Holiday Schedule for the Auto Attendant so that your calls will be directed to your after-hours dialling menu while your office is closed.
