How do I enable or disable twinning with a mobile or landline on MiCloud?

Twinning is a special MiCloud feature which rings an additional number of your choice when your desk phone rings. When enabled, this handy feature means you’ll never miss a work call again.

Please note: twinning is only available with Premier or Elite licences. If you have one of these licences, we’ll ask you to assign a twinned number whenever you add a new user. You can choose a mobile or another landline.

It’s easy to enable or disable twinning from your User Portal. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. First, open the User Portal, using the URL included in your welcome email
  2. Where prompted, enter your username and password
  3. Next, you should see the Mobile Twinning box when the Home tab is selected
  4. To enable or disable twinning, simply check or uncheck the tickbox
