Twinning is a special MiCloud feature which rings an additional number of your choice when your desk phone rings. When enabled, this handy feature means you’ll never miss a work call again.
Please note: twinning is only available with Premier or Elite licences. If you have one of these licences, we’ll ask you to assign a twinned number whenever you add a new user. You can choose a mobile or another landline.
It’s easy to enable or disable twinning from your User Portal. Just follow these simple steps:
- First, open the User Portal, using the URL included in your welcome email
- Where prompted, enter your username and password
- Next, you should see the Mobile Twinning box when the Home tab is selected
- To enable or disable twinning, simply check or uncheck the tickbox
