When users are initially added to MiCloud or MiCloud Advance, the Mitel system assigns them with a unique password. You can change your assigned password to a memorable password or passcode of your choice following these steps:
- Open the User Portal, using the URL included in your welcome email.
- Where prompted, enter your username and assigned password to log in.
- Once the portal loads, select My Profile.
- On the next page, choose the Login Details tab and select Change my password.
- You’ll then be asked to:
- Enter your old password or passcode.
- Enter your new password or passcode.
- Confirm your new details.
- Save the changes.
- If you have any further issues, you’ll have to contact an admin who has access to the MiCloud Customer Portal.
