To set this up in your Customer Portal:

  2. Where prompted, enter your username and password and hit Login.
  3. Once the homepage loads, select the My Profile tab.
  4. Select the My profile tab.
  5. On the My Profile page, choose the Voicemail tab.
  6. For simple forwarding of voicemail to email, select Enable Forwarding to Email.
  7. To synchronize messages between voicemail and email via unified messaging, select Embedded UM Enabled.
  8. Hit Save.

Your messages will be sent to the email address we used when we set you up on the system.

  1. Open the User Portal, using the URL included in your welcome email.
  2. Where prompted, enter your username and password and hit Login.

  4. From My Profile, choose the Voicemail tab.
  5. Where indicated, enter and then confirm your new passcode (numbers only).
  6. Hit Save.
