Featureline: Remote Call Diversion (System Y)

Remote Diversion lets you remotely divert all your incoming calls to another phone.

If you don’t know which exchange type you’re on, lift the handset and dial *#001#

If the message you receive begins with the word "Sorry", you're on a System Y exchange, otherwise it's System X.

To divert your calls using Remote Call Diversion:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*[diversion code]*
  5. Dial either an extension number followed by # or dial 9 then a phone number followed by #
  6. An announcement will confirm that a diversion has been set.


To check if a divert has been set up:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*
  5. Dial *#[diversion code]*#
  6. An announcement will confirm that a diversion has been set.


To cancel Remote Call Diversion:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*
  5. Dial #[diversion code]*#
  6. An announcement will confirm that the divert has been cancelled.


Remote Diversion codes System Y:

121 - Divert all calls

167 - Divert on Busy

161 - Divert on No Reply

166 - Divert on Busy & No Reply

Remote Diversion codes System Y:

121 - Divert all calls
167 - Divert on Busy
161 - Divert on No Reply
166 - Divert on Busy & No Reply
