Fixed: Cloud Voice Express app audio issues
If you have an iPhone 14 and above and are using iOS 18, you may have been experiencing some audio issues when using our app. We’re really sorry if this has impacted you. Fortunately, we’ve managed to fix the problem – to get your app working properly again, please update it to the latest version in the App Store.You can report faults online. It's quick and easy, so can also save you a call. Simply:
- Sign in to My Account
- Hover over 'Help' at the top of your screen and under 'Tools', select 'Report or track a fault'

I don't know how to divert my calls
