What are my download options?
In Account statement, you can download statements for any period you like from the last 15 months as:
- PDFs – easy to view and share with your team.
- CSVs – for loading straight into your spreadsheet or bill analytics software.

What if accounts are missing in Account statement?
If you can’t see a billing account in Account statement, you need to add it your profile in My Account.
Add billing account to My Account profile.
Can I get paper statements?
We no longer send out any paper statements. If you still get paper bills, please either:
- View and download your statements when you go to Account statement.
- Contact us and we’ll email you statements for the dates you want.
What does my BT Business account statement show?
Your account statement shows all your account debits and credits. You can select any period you like from the last 15 months.
