You can view or pay your BT One Phone bills quickly and easily online:
- To view call usage and charges for any user or your whole business, go to the BT One Phone portal.
- To view bills, pay, or switch to paper-free billing, go to Billing in My Account.
From My Account you can download your bills as:
- PDFs – just as you see in My Account. Super easy to read and share with your team.
- CSV data files – for the most info on any billed item. Ideal if you analyse charges in a spreadsheet.
