I need an engineer to come to my premises to fix a broadband fault. Do I have to pay for this visit?

For most engineer visits, there's no charge. But there may be a charge if an engineer is called out for a problem you could potentially fix yourself, for example if there's a fault with your own equipment. So please check your own connections and equipment carefully before arranging an engineer visit.

For pricing information, go to the BT Price List.

Report a fault online and you'll follow the same steps our repair experts would talk you through if you called us.

You can also find helpful answers and step-by-step guides, to fix most problems, in our help pages.
