FREE download: BT Office Communicator is a free software download for your PC. It can greatly increase the value of your BT Business Broadband Voice (VoIP) service.

With BT Office Communicator installed*, your PC becomes a multi-featured phone. Plug in a handset, or headset with microphone and you can make and receive voice calls on your Broadband Voice account. It works anywhere you have broadband access. Add a web cam and you can also make video calls.

† The quality of the reception on the phone line may not match that of a normal landline and may vary depending on Internet traffic and customer usage. Access to Emergency Services is provided but calls including emergency calls to 999 or 112, made via BT Broadband Voice may not work in the event of power or broadband connection failure. These failures may be caused by reasons outside our control. Location information, provided to the emergency services, is limited to the location details associated with your primary Business PSTN billing address; this may not be where the call was originated. For these reasons we strongly recommend a primary telephone line is maintained for contacting the emergency services.
