Viewing call history and voicemail in Operator Connect

Quickly review your recent calls and voicemail. Follow the steps below to view your history, manage entries, and open voicemail messages.

Viewing call history

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Select Calls from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select History.

Removing a call from your history

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Select Calls, then History.
  3. Hover over the call you want to remove.
  4. Select More actions, then Remove from view.

Accessing voicemail

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Select Calls.
  3. Select History, then Voicemail.
  4. Select a message to view details.
