BT Cloud Voice Business Portal and how to use it

The BT Cloud Voice Business Portal is what your employees, or Users of the Cloud voice service, use to manage their individual handsets and specific features, like voicemail. It's also where your Administrators go to manage all of the employees’ handsets and company-wide features, such as setting up Hunt groups, Auto Attendants and call routing across your business.

You can access the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal from any device anytime, anywhere - as long as you have wi-fi or a data connection. To log in to the portal, you’ll need the log in details that were given to you when the service was set up, or given to you by your Administrator.
