Set up Auto Attendant for Cloud Voice
BT Cloud Voice Auto Attendant uses a voice menu to transfer callers directly to an extension without going through an operator or receptionist.
- Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
- From the Dashboard, scroll down to the Call routing groups (Enhanced) panel and click Add call group.
- Select the Site you want to build it on then tap the plus button next to the Auto Attendant option.
- Enter the requested information.
- For help, close the draw down to return to the main Auto Attendant page and tap the Assist me button to open a help article in a new tab.
