Set up Auto Attendant for Cloud Voice

BT Cloud Voice Auto Attendant uses a voice menu to transfer callers directly to an extension without going through an operator or receptionist.

  1. Sign in to the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal.
  2. From the Dashboard, scroll down to the Call routing groups (Enhanced) panel and click Add call group.
  3. Select the Site you want to build it on then tap the plus button next to the Auto Attendant option.
  4. Enter the requested information.
  5. For help, close the draw down to return to the main Auto Attendant page and tap the Assist me button to open a help article in a new tab.
