Once you’ve purchased your MiCloud solution you’ll be contacted by a BT project manager:
- They’ll manage the whole installation process in conjunction with our accredited professionals.
- Will give you a handover date for when your service goes live.
- You’ll also get a handover pack with all the key details and information you need to make any changes.
