Changing your MiCloud User Portal password or passcode

When users are initially added to MiCloud or MiCloud Advance, the Mitel system assigns them with a unique password. You can change your assigned password to a memorable password or passcode of your choice following these steps:

  1. Open the User Portal, using the URL included in your welcome email.
  2. Where prompted, enter your username and assigned password to log in.
  3. Once the portal loads, select My Profile.
  4. On the next page, choose the Login Details tab and select Change my password.
  5. You’ll then be asked to:
    1. Enter your old password or passcode.
    2. Enter your new password or passcode.
    3. Confirm your new details.
    4. Save the changes.
  6. If you have any further issues, you’ll have to contact an admin who has access to the MiCloud Customer Portal.
