The BT Cloud Voice Business Portal is where your users can manage their individual handsets and specific features, like voicemail. It's also where your Administrators can manage all employee handsets and company-wide features, such as setting up Hunt groups, Auto Attendants, and call routing across your business.
You can access the BT Cloud Voice Business Portal from any device, anytime, anywhere - as long as you are connected to the internet. To log in to the portal, you’ll need the username and password that were provided when the service was set up for you.
